When I hear “Do You Hear The People Sing?” in this movie, I hope the rest of the audience will be okay with me bawling like a baby. Because I will. Tears will be everywhere.
Thought the actress playing Eponine in the film version of Les Mis looked familiar. It’s Samantha Barks, who also played Eponine in the 25th Anniversary Special. Although, Lea Salonga’s version will always be my favorite. But Samantha is wonderful and has already played the part. And much better than Taylor Swift would have been — I like Taylor but, no.

i wouldn’t be sure about anne hathaway from this, but i’ve heard her sing on the oscars and on the trailer, and she’s got it…
hugh jackman and russell crowe… i shall reserve judgment. their voices sounds pretty suitable, but eh… not that amazing.
as for amanda seyfried, her voice is really sweet (thinking of mamma mia… she sounded much better in that movie), but cosette is supposed to be more classical than broadway sounding…

i can see hbc acting the role perfectly… as for the singing… that song just isn’t right for being able to tell. it’s so tender and soft, and the thenardiess is anything but that lol.
sacha baron cohen has a REALLY good voice for thenardier :o
